By choosing the 1, 2, 3 training sessions per week option, you reserve specific days and times each week, and there is no possibility to change or reschedule them. On the other hand, opting for the 5,10,20-session package allows you to schedule your workouts more flexibly. The card is valid for a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase.
