Your level of experience doesn't matter, because your personal training plan will be tailored to you and your experience. Flexible, location-independent, home or in the gym.
I will create a nutrition plan for you based on your preferences and tailored to your daily life. I take into account factors such as cooking time, budget, preferences, and dietary habits - vegetarian, vegan, or meat-based.
ALWAYS CONNECTED PERSONAL TRACKING
As your coach, I am always available to you through the chat function in the app. Personal contact with you is very important to me.
In my app, you will also find your very own tracker (habits, weight, cm), so we can constantly monitor your progress.

About me:


My name is Wanda and I am 37 years old, but I look and feel better than ever before!

For over 15 years, I have been a trainer and, although I have completed many trainings (from Pilates, yoga to CrossFit and strength training), I have made many mistakes that you don't have to make anymore!

Instead of building a feminine body, I built a masculine body. Instead of a waist, I had a rectangular body. Instead of a beach booty, I built my thighs, and when I wore a dress, I didn't feel feminine.

In addition, I had hypothyroidism, heart murmurs, and other health problems 10 years ago. I was constantly tired, had mood swings, and had no time for anything, but my schedule was full of doctor visits.

For over 6 years, I have been training alone and with my clients in Berlin, and for 3 years, also online, using my system, WANDA TRAINING.

Health, energy, and the dream figure! Along with success in your personal and professional life, because with health, you can achieve everything you want! And that without a gym, without a trainer, and without wasting time!
