    When does it start?

    • The program is on-going and on-demand. Once you register, I recommend that you start on the upcoming MONDAY.

    Who is this program for?

    • The program is specifically designed for women who are serious about making a transformation & want to establish good exercise & nutritional habits.
    • It’s ideal for women who have completed the 6 week program, or have a basic foundation of exercise and are working towards their long term goals.

    When I good time to do this program?

    • Whether you are new mom or it has been years since you gave birth, you are welcome to join as long as you don't have any injuries.

    How much time I need?

    Approx 30 minutes a day x 5 days a week 1 weekly group accountability call (30 minutes)

    • If you fall behind & miss a day, you can do multiple days of workouts back to back on the same day. The pre-recorded workouts give you flexibility to do them at your convenience.

    What equipment do I need?

    • An exercise mat (or carpet)

    • booty bands new generation (you can buy in my shop)

    • 2 dumbbells or 2 water bottles

    • kettlebells 12, 16, 20 kg

    • a smart phone to access the workouts on the app

    • Sneakers (optional)

    • Bluetooth Speakers (optional)

    • A TV is also ideal to mirror the workouts from your phone (optional)

    When are the workouts?

    • All the classes are pre-recorded and accessible through my web app, iOS APP and GOOGLE APP (GET FIT BY WANDA)  so you can do the workouts at your convenience. 

    How is this program different from another?

    • No other fitness program includes a holistic experience of movement / fitness, mindset coaching AND nutrition all in one exclusive for Women's

    • I only accept a few moms at a time, so I can dedicate my time to your success

    • You will not be one of hundreds or thousands of women who get lost in the crowd

    • You will have direct access to me (your instructor, mentor & coach) for the duration of the program
